Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Charges:

Chauffeur Drive vehicles –

For Economy/Executive cars:

• Cancellation made more than 3 hours before the duty reporting time: Nil.

For Luxury, Royale, Vans and Coaches:

• Cancellation made more than 48 hours before the duty reporting time: Nil.

You can cancel your booking through website, app or support team. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per cancellation policy which is as follows:-

• Cancellation made more than 24 hours before the booking start time, no cancellation charge will be applicable.
• Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the booking’s start time/ No show: 50% of the base fare or 1 day Rental or 12 hour rent (whichever is higher) will be charged as cancellation fees.
